•Preparation: Before we start, we kindly ask that the homeowner and their family step outside. While the disinfectant we use is non-toxic and safe, it can be bothersome if directly inhaled during application.
•Fogging: Using a specialized fogger machine, we disperse our disinfectant throughout your entire HVAC system. The fog penetrates every corner of your ductwork, effectively neutralizing bacteria, germs, mold, and other harmful contaminants.
•Ventilation: After the fogging process, we run the HVAC system for about 15 minutes to ensure proper ventilation and that the disinfectant has settled.
