Inspection
Our trained technicians start with an inspection of the system, inspecting the inside and outside of the ductwork. We check to see how dirty the system is and look for things such as damage, disconnections, mold, asbestos, etc to ensure that duct cleaning is right for you.

Set Up/Protection
We respect your home as if it's our own so we lay protective tarps/plastic where we'll be working to ensure no mess is left behind! We set up our large equipment outside and will have lines running to each vent while doing the cleaning.

Deep Cleaning
After removing the vent to gain access to the duct we snake a soft bristle rotor brush and/or compressed air whips down the entirety of every duct which agitates the dust/debris. We simultaneously hook up a negative air vacuum which covers the vent opening sucking up all dust and debris. We do multiple passes through every duct, clean the unit, and all the vents, taking before/after photos as we go!

Sanitizing
Many clients decide to complete their duct cleaning with our sanitizing service. Using our non-toxic, EPA approved disinfectant we thoroughly sanitize your system, killing 99.9999% of bacteria, viruses, etc ensuring the health and safety or your home or work place.

Testing
Upon completion of our duct cleaning service, we will test the system ensuring a thorough cleaning was achieved and that your HVAC system is in good working order.

Report
After the job we will provide a detailed report, going over how dirty your ductwork and anything we found, including before/after photos, our recommended cleaning frequency, and any other recommendations we have.
